Bucket List

I saw a movie called The Bucket List with my sister and my mom. It was about two middle-aged men who were diagnosed with cancer, and they were only given approximately 6 weeks to live. One was very wealthy, so he spends the rest of his life doing whatever he wants. I never would want to be in their situation, but there are a lot of things that I want to do before I die. If I were to list them all, I would never finish this blog, but there are certain big things that everyone should experience in life.

First, I want to drive a Ferrari or a Lamborghini extremely fast. I know that doesn’t sound amazing, but think about rollercoasters. Some people like the heights, some people like the twists and turns, some people don’t like them at all, but I love the wind rushing past your face. And to be in control of that speed would be an indescribable experience in my mind.

Second, I want to move to somewhere in Europe for a year. I would spread touring Europe over a year instead of packing everything into short vacations. I will go through every country in Europe, and visit all the main attractions. There are so many things to see, but the most important place I want to go is the Eiffel tower.

Lastly, before I die, I want to rob a bank. Not just a little black ski mask stunt, a huge, complicated, intense robbery like in all the movies. Oceans eleven comes to mind, but that is a casino, so that wouldn’t work out too well. It must be hard to see, an 80-year-old guy with a bunch of thugs robbing a bank, but its something not everyone gets to do. Screw living old and dying peacefully in your sleep, I want to go out and get rich or die trying. What else is there to do in retirement anyway?
